The Firm was founded in the early 1970s by Amilcare VIVIANI, with offices in Florence and Campi Bisenzio. In the 1990s, sons Marco and Giorgio VIVIANI joined the Firm and progressively broadened the range of services offered, featuring highly specialized skills and extensive professional capabilities. Since 2017, the Firm has been operating from its new office in Villa Demidoff in Florence, backed by experienced staff and collaborators well versed in national and international matters.

Our Firm covers all aspects of accounting and auditing: business and corporate consultancy (tax, administrative, organizational planning), business valuations and acquisitions, company crisis management, statutory auditing, corporate compliance and organization.
We have also gained experience in the field of internationalization, having advised on a number of transactions abroad. Our activities have included setting up a joint venture in Latin America for a well-known leather goods brand and later opening subsidiaries across Europe, acquiring and setting up companies in Morocco, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Moldova in partnership with local professionals, implementing scouting and matching strategies with a view toward internationalization, and performing accounting and tax due diligence for the acquisition of companies in Serbia on behalf of an important Italian banking and e-banking group.
